Open IE.  Click Tools>Internet Options>General>Delete Cookies, etc.

Hello,

I  was hoping that you could help me ... I want to know how to go online and
delete all of my files that I don't use.  Example being, my temporary files,
cookies, cache ... things like this.  I know there are things hidden all
over the computer and I just do not know how to get to them. Any help you
