For Office '97, click on Start, Run, then the Browse button.  Browse
to My Computer, C: drive, the Program Files folder, then to Microsoft
Office.  You should see the Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar file there.
 Double click on it.  Then click OK to run the file.  You should get
a message asking you if you want to configure the Shortcut bar to
open everytime you run Windows.  Answer yes to the question.
