I would put out a HIGH ALERT and immediately (a)STOP CONNECTING TO THE NET (b) do "system restore" (assuming your o/s is xp)to a date much prior to your "downloading of the photo". (c)open up my pictures folder and see if everything is as it should be. 

all this because it seems (to me at least) that the site from where you downloaded the photo is one of those nasty ones looking for preys to steal personal info. BUT PL. IGNORE THIS IF YOU ARE 100% SURE  THAT IT IS A TRUSTED SITE.
