This is my first time posting a question to the list and I hope someone can
help me solve this problem.  I am running Windows 95 version 4.00.  After I
installed Norton Utilities, Windows always stalls when it is closing before
the "it is now safe...." screen appears.  When I restart the computer, I
get the message that Windows failed to close properly.  I re-installed
Windows but this didn't help.  I hope someone can help.
