Would love to know the solution to this problem and if anyone can help it's you folks. I have approx. 20 folders in my Outlook Express, so that various mail goes right into it's own folder without crowding the Inbox. I can navigate between these folders back and forth without incident, smooth as glass BUT when I try to go back to the Inbox folder the computer hangs and I have to do the Ctrl+Alt+Delete and shut down Outlook and reopen it. Now it doesn't take all that long to do that but it's annoying. I tried to email Don P. privately but his ISP had mine blocked so anyone who knows why this would be happening and can instruct me as to how to clear it up, preferably without suggesting I uninstall and reinstall, would have my eternal gratitude. I am running version 6 if that helps. When I was running 5.5 I didn't have this problem and I have attempted to go back to 5.5 but I get an error message telling me a later version is on the computer, version 6 also doesn't show in my Add/Remove list, no version does.
TIA,
Kathie
Feel free to email me privately as I get digest..thanks
