1. Open in Safe Mode and see if it then appears in Add/Remove.
2. Open the program folder and see if there is an "unwise" or
"uninstall".exe. Try uninstalling from that.
3. A long shot---Right click the program's .exe file, click
Properties/compatibility, and set it to W98. It might run in the W98
environment.
4. Delete the folder and then do a registry restore if you have made
backups from before you installed it. Or do a System Restore.
5. Just delete the folder, then clean the registry with a good registry
cleaner (not ideal, but better than nothing). This won't eliminate any
files installed in the Windows folder, but they won't do any harm.
