We need more information on this issue. What email client are you using?
(Outlook, Outlook express, Web interface etc.) Please provide more detail in
order to trouble shoot...

I need assistance...
I receive emails from a friend very frequently and up until say 3 months ago
all went well, however, somehow or other things have changed.
He always asks for a receipt for his emails, however, for some unknown
reason his request for receipt have not been received by me, even though he
tells me that his request for a receipt is still included with his emails.
He also states that others to whom he sends his newsletter, always
acknowledge receipt.
Additionally, frequently when I receive an email with an attachment I cannot
open the attachment and "Application Not Found" comes up on the screen.
These problems could possibly be caused by the same thing.
