After deleting some games and files to make space for a kodak cd with
pictures and a program, on my hard drive,Icannot access jpg. files. The
message I get is "A device on this system is not functioning" I am new at
this and I deleted rather than uninstall.
I have Windows 95, 166megaherts Intel Pentium processor, 256 kilobyte primary
memory cache, 2.11 GB Hard drive, (WDC AC22100H), System model : Packard Bell
6708200100, 48 megabytes of ram.
Does the world have any ideas? From Andrew Terry
