I would appreciate some help on a frustrating problem.  Whenever I
connect using
Explorer 4 it disconnects after 5 to 15 minutes.  My ISP tells me its
not his problem.
They tell me that none of their other subscribers have that problem.

For my part I checked the connection parameters of my DUN and removed
the check
mark from "disconnect if idle after....".  I left the time blank.  As
well I brought down the speed 115,600 to 57600.  The box "connect only
at this speed" is unchecked.
But all this is to no avail because I still have the same problem.  I
use WIN98.
I would appreciate any assistance.
