Hello everyone,

After doing a clean install of Outlook Express 98 on a NT wkstn w/sp3, I can
no longer
accessany of the newsgroups.

After downloading the list of newsgroups, the following message pops up:

Can not create a temporary file to store the group list.

The downloading of the newsgroups aborts and I can get to any of the
newsgroups.

Has anyone seen anything like this before?
