Gentlemen: I have some questions about my printer function:

1. The "print" display derived from File when dealing with email only allows
me to go from one page to another either by ones or all inclusive. I
cannot, for instance, print out only even or only odd pages in sequence.
2. However, when dealing with MSWord compositions I can print out only the
even numbered pages specified, and then the odd numbered pages specified.
(This is a great help when printing on both sides.)
3. When I've dealt with a downloaded book, for example, I then get a third
variation which is similar to (2) above.

What's going on here? Why can't I at least get (2) above for any print
operation??

Also, why can't I determine how many pages, and which page of interest in
those pages in a received email newsletter? When the whole thing is printed
out it certainly prints out the page and total.

Thanks for the courtesy of your attention and reply. Bob Wallace
