I had a question...

I went to www.1and1.com to setup a free website.  I was able to sign up and do some editing of the page names, etc. www.giuga.com , however, I need to edit the content where it says "under construction" and when I try to launch the Website Creator, it kicks me back to the homepage.

I called the support number and first they told me to disable Norton Antivirus, that didn't work.  I called back and they told me to download Netscape, that didn't work either - but it didn't kick me back to the 1and1 homepage, it just got "hungup" with an hourglass symbol.  I called for the last time and was told that my Internet Explorer was probably set incorrectly but they are unable to provide me with any more details.

I had a friend go into the website and she can get into the Website Creator portion without a problem.  I worked with her over the phone and we together went through her Internet Options in Internet Explorer and I copied whatever she had marked off and I still cannot get into the Website Creator portion of this website.

Any suggestions?
