That will depend on which emailer you use. In general, if you go to Tools
or Options, you should see the settings for filters. Filter out anything
with the word Incredimail in all headings, if you don't see anything more
specific. Usually, one of the email headings will show that the email has
come in Incredimail.
Some emailers have more efficient filters than others. Try your emailer's
"Help" for Filter Settings.
I use Eudora Pro, which is reputed to have the best and easiest filtering
facilities (Tools/Filters). I can't speak for other emailers.
If you have opened an Incredimail letter, your computer is already
compromised. I don't know whether any of the Adware or Spyware pick up
this trojan. Possibly not, as it is not known to be harmful. Yet.
Some clever hacker sooner or later will find a way to exploit it, either
for phishing, or some other more sinister purpose.
