Martin,

The problem is I have installed the filters and they DO
NOT work. I know how to use them because I have been
doing it for a long time. That is why it is so frustrating.
For no apparent reason, only the TIF file import is not
working. Translating 33.5 MB of TIF files that I use
regularly to another format is not an option I wish to
investigate. Thanks for the ideas.

Jim
