Try searching for  [name of icon].cpl and delete that file....I've done it
before when the X-Teq systems icon wouldnt go away...and nothign bad happened
to my computer...hope this helps and doesnt mess up your comp. Just in case,
keep the cpl file in a floppy, so just in case your computer doesnt work, you
can copy it back to where you delted it from.
