This is a duplicate software profile which is entered at bootup. I realise
that I can just delete c:\windows\profiles\NAME\*.* but where are the two
password files and how do I tell them apart?

Is there a better\safer way to delete a user profile on a PC with
customised preferences and desktop settings?
