Could I suggest a nice program called Arachnophilia?  Go to
http://www.arachnoid.com and download the program...it's almost free,
all you have to do is care (read about it there<G>).  It's a great web
page building program, it'll practically build the page by itself,
puts all the files into whatever directory you want...my son and I
have been using it for years.
