I think a logical answer would be to have everyone get their
own key and/or copy of the program since it is free anyway...
I'm sure the site spells this out, either on-line, or in the original
set-up instructions and license agreement (that next to nobody
reads <grin>)  I can't read it since I do not use it...

If you/they need a/several permanent e-mail addresses for this
company that "forwards to" a valid e-mail address you might change,
(like when you move to a different ISP), there are many free
services on the Internet for that... spammotel.com (easy) is one,
spamgourmet.com (more advanced) is another...
So if the only thing holding you back is the lack of an e-mail
address you don't mind giving them --- that is easily overcome...
