NT does have a command line ...and a window ....just like Win9X.
However NT Command line is true 32 bit and FAR more powerful then DOS 7.
Some DOS commands are not available....like Deltree...and some old Dos
commands are available in NT that are not available in DOS7.....like the
Tree command.

The NT Command window is far more configurable then Wn9X Dos Window.....for
example you can choose the background color ....you can also make the
window as small as you wish.
To bring up the command window  just do what you would do in WIn9X to bring
up a Dos Windows....go to START ...PROGRAMs.....Command Prompt. I like to
make a shortcut and hot key it.

Of course if you prefer you can also make a shortcut to the RUN box and
bring that up with a hot key shortcut
