TeX is more language to description document. Mathematical community
propably
sill prefers TeX but other scientific fields not so mutch, at least
journals.
And conference papers sometimes required 'camera ready' .

In my oponion, Word not best Word Processor, prefer Word Perfect . But
here is only two wprdprocessors with estonian language support -
Word and SatrOffice. And only one DTP - Adobe Pagemaker. Las one
is only aproximately two years old. It is better make your book in Word or
WordPerfect and use hypenation then format it DTP and add hypenation
manually. So here sometime s it gets better results with Word than
DTP if publisher uses QarkXpress.

On my first post i want to say that DTP programs like Pagemaker or
QuarkXpress are tools for professionals and to get good result needs
learning. It is work to publisher not to original writer familar with
wordprocessing.
