John,
You didn't say what application you're using to view the dissertation, but I
will assume that it has printing capabilities. In order to print the
paragraph, all that you have to do is highlight the paragraph or desired
portion of the document and, instead of selecting copy, go to File, Print,
and in the Page Range section, select "Selection". This will allow you to
print your highlighted paragraph without pasting into another application.

Subject: copy paste and print
I want to copy and print a paragraph from a long dissertation. I high lite
the
paragraph, right click and select "Copy" from the drop down list. This
places the paragraph in the clipboard viewer. From this point forward I
am lost. I would like to find a program where I can Paste and Print the
paragraph.
I am very appreciative for any advice you may be able to offer .
Thank you
John
