However, it is a very good idea to keep an up-to-date copy of this file
somewhere if you use WP6.1's Address book (the one you can get to using the
envelope function.)
All the addresses, along with any personalized settings you have created, like
special toolbars, are stored in the wpcset.bif file. Unfortunately, this file
becomes corrupted with reasonable regularity, whether WP6.1 is running under Win
3.1 or Win95.
