Mary, I have been using Win 98 Beta 3 for quite awhile now and there hasn't
been any trouble with disconnects from Outlook Express.  I am using Outlook
98 now and that is fine as well.  You may want to check your settings,
Tools/Options/Mail Delivery and make sure that "Hang up when finished
sending, receiving, or updating" isn't checked.
