Search and download "Richwin97 for Internet".Keep it turned on while you are
checking chinese websites ,you should be able to read the chinese
characters.Seems it supports both traditional and simplified chinese
characters as well as Japanese and Korean characters.If you have difficulty
finding it,email me.
