I use the Task Scheduler that is a part of Windows. I'm not sure exactly the
steps I took getting it done, but I will include below the operative command
one needs. Then just set the time you wish to reboot.
C:\WINDOWS\RUNDLL32.EXE shell32.dll,SHExitWindowsEx 0x2
