AOL supports most pictures, but to be sure, tell the sender to be sure they
are sending the photo as a .jpg file. Almost all internet providers accept
.jpg files with no problems at all, including AOL. Then go to File, Open,
then .jpg files, then click on the file name of the photo, then click on
Open. The photo should come up with no problem at all. Hope this helps.
