Good morning listers,

I recently sent a letter to my friend for her to print, and she replied as follows:

"I cannot open the letter that you sent for SDTP taxation as my computer is
saying that it does not have "wordview.exe"  - what does that mean and how
do I get around it."


Apparently she is getting this message with quite a few documents she tries
to open in Word.  She has Office 97.  Her daughter's boyfriend tried opening
a document from the A drive and got the same message, however, when he
went in through my computer it worked o.k.  

Any solutions would be gratefully accepted.
