Subject: Pop up blocker
I am running with Windows XP, Service Pack 2, I go to Tools, pop up blocker and turn off pop up blocker.  Then on several web sites,
I click on a link, fail to get connected and get a little message an the bottom left of the screen saying that a pop up was blocked,  
Help and search disclose no other way of turning on/off pop-ups.  What is the problem?
