It maybe that your outlook.pst files have been deleted or accidentally moved
to a different location, try a search. You may find a small .pst file and a
much larger one, the much larger one is your original and the smaller one
has been created by Outlook when it couldn't locate the original.

This morning, for no apparent reason, all my email in the "inbox" was
deleted! I probably had too many - about 498 - but I'm wondering if anyone
would know where they all went? Now I have just 6 that are within the last
few hours. I am using XP and have restored it twice - first to early this AM
when the inbox was still there - and then to last Friday. Both restores came
back with inbox empty! Does anyone know what has happened to it? Thanks in
advance for any help you can give me. They must be somewhere on this
computer!! I looked in the Recycle bin but they aren't there.
