Hi Lillian,

What opens IS explorer, but it has opened into the "My Documents" folder.
You can still use it to get to anywhere you want to go, use the folder pane
on the left to open "My Computer", or use the up arrow toolbar icon to go
to the Desktop level.

If you don't have the folder explorer in the left hand pane, then from the
menu select "View -> Explorer Bar -> Folders".

You can also try opening "C:\Windows\explorer.scf".

Unless someone has deleted it from your start menu, it should also still be
there, under "Start -> Programs -> Accessories". Less frequently used items
may not show unless you click at the bottom of the pop-up menu to expand to
all choices.
