Hi Rick,
I had exactly the same problem here, 3 or 4 weeks ago. Could not open
hyperlinks in Outlook Express. I always had to reboot my computer and,
after that, it opened them well for a while or, at least, until the nex
time (the nex day or so). This seemed to be an irregular or aleatory
behaviour of the PC, or of Outlook Express, although it was very
frequent. I tried every thing in Tools, options, to no avail.
Then, I opted definitely for MICROSOFT OUTLOOK instead of OUTLOOK
EXPRESS and now all works perfectly!! Moreover, MICROSOFT OUTLOOK is a
much more powerful programme which possesses a lot of other functions
OUTLOOK EXPRESS doesn't possess.
