I just want to change one icon at a time.  When you right click on the shortcut and go to properties and then change icon and pick an icon it shows that it changes it in the window that is open but when you click apply it doesn't change it on the desktop. The icon on the desktop blinks but it stays the same. Guess I should have stuck with windows XP.
