Hi.  I'm back.  A friend got a worm and a well-meaning friend tried to get rid of it and deleted a bunch of stuff she merely "suspected" of being infected.  Since then, my friend cannot download anything from the web.  When she tries, she gets a page that is blank except for a small rectangle with red and blue squares in it in the upper left of the page.  I have run system restore, but was only able to go back to Dec. 7, and it did no good.  She runs Windows ME and IE.  How can I help her?
