The OS is Windows 7. My friend uses GMail. When she sends an email, she
clicks on "To" which brings up the contact list. She selects the people
she wants to send the email to. She then clicks on "Done" and the
contacts are supposed to be added in the address space. Using IE8, the
"Done" choice disappeared. I couldn't find a way to configure GMail to
add "Done" back in.
I installed Firefox and it works just fine with GMail. The "Done" choice
is in place and it works just fine for how she wants to use GMail.
I want to uninstall IE so I can reinstall it but don't find IE in the
control panel to uninstall. So how can I delete IE?
Of course there are other ways to enter email addresses into the address
space. I just want to understand why I can't uninstall IE>
