The latest that I have read disproves Bill's argument. Although
conventional wisdom is that virus' cannot be transmitted via email,
except through attachments, I have seen some emails and e-articles
(can't remember where right now, I'm on several lists) that talk about a
new breed of virus that can transmit via an email. I have not seen this
new critter up close and personal yet, so it may be just theoretically
possible, but we can no longer afford to dismiss email virus' out of
hand.
