Now, that takes me back. I used to answer this question weekly when I
monitored the NoWonder forums.
The Adobe article is no longer available, but I believe you need to
upgrade Internet Explorer to the latest version.
If that doesn't help, you can get the answer at the Adobe support
forums. Registration is quick aqnd fre.
