This works for all file types I have tried it with...

Start (but do not send) the message as a forward...
Open the file in the "forward" as you normally would...
Note this bypasses the normal security settings of the
E-mail program (and any protection you have, etc.),
so be sure you are allowing all file extensions to be
shown (and seen in full)...
