PCSOFT People:
Hi everyone. I recently discovered a Backdoor.Trojan in my system by using Norton Antivirus 2002. I'm not sure if it is related or not, but the security tab in the C Drive properties window now claims I have my entire C Drive shared. When I select "Do not Share," a dialog box pops up with the message:
"This share was created for administrative purposes. The share will reappear when the Server service is stopped and restarted, or the computer is rebooted. Are you sure you want to stop sharing C$?"
One of the files that had a Trojan was named server.exe, so I guess that's the Server service. Does anyone have any idea how to "not share" my entire hard drive? Thank you.
