Joseph,

The problem may not be with your PC.  If you can still open and view the
pictures you received earlier, then the problem is outside of your control.

It may be that the picture got scrambled while traveling across the internet
(but I doubt it).  Most likely it is because the person sending you the
picture is not doing something right.

Hello everyone, When I receive e-mail from friends and family I often get
pictures or images referring to jokes etc.. However lately I've been getting
some messages, when they are opened, unable to display image. Might anyone
know why? I have not changed anything in the security configurations and I'm
using outlook express windows 98.
