Several weeks ago MS stopped calling the Windows 98 upgrade a "service
pack" and started using a new name...."Second Edition". I thought that
was kind of odd and now I know why........
Microsoft is now planning on SELLING us the bug fixes. There will not be
a free service pack to repair the problems with windows98. The "new" (and
I use that term VERY loosely) Windows 98 Second Edition (or 98SE) is
supposed to have a retail price of $89US
