If your digest is plain text then you can use
followig method.

As you use PM 3.01 and want delete some entries
from you can
create filter for new mail.

Tools -> Mail filtering rules -> Edit new mail
filtering rules -> Rules
applied when folder is opened.

Add rule.

Create rule which indentifies your digest mail ,
for example

Type of rule: standard headet match

This rule triggers when following text :
PCSOFT

appears in any of the following fields in the
message
    subject:x

Action to take : run a programm

Parameter: c:\progra~1\access~1\wordpad.exe ~h\~C

Edit your mail and save it as text.

You canīt use Notepad directly beause PM adds
tempoaray file
name as last parameter and Notepad cant handle
more command
parameters then one.
