Have you tried using the Windows Find function for "Quick" on all of your drives,
and then organizing the results to see if you have 2 "Quick Launch" folders in
two different places?  I don't know what would happen, for example, if you had
one in C:\Windows\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ and then
another in C:\Windows\Profiles\[profile name]\Application
Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ .
