I have installed Direct Cable Connection to enable me to communicate
between my Laptop and Desktop via a parallel cable.

While DCC does the handshaking and tells me on both computers that the link
is established I can not find any indication of the DeskTop Host on my
laptap.  I assume that I would normally find this in my Network
Neighborhood folder that has seems to have disappeared

So my question is, how do I recreate the neighborhood folder and is this
where I would gain access to the host?
