That clears my "Video Memory" for me also...
Adding to this:
You "might" have to add the quick launch area as follows...
Right click on a blank section of the Windows Task Bar,
(at the bottom of your screen, if in the default location.)
Left click "Properties".
Put a check mark in the "Show Quick Launch" box.
