Hi Bonnie,
This is from the following Web site:
CSIE, CSIE.dll - File Analysis
http://www.spyany.com/files/CSIE_dll.html
"Part of adware IGetNet. It is a IE Browser Helper Object. It will monitor
the keyword you typed in the address bar, and redirect you to the site of
one of its advertiser whenever a match is found."
If you don't use SpyBot and Ad-Aware I recommend you get the latest versions
here, install and update, then run them. Depending on your surfing habits,
amount of e-mail received, etc., you may consider running your Symantec
AntiVirus more frequently:
SpyBot Search & Destroy 1.3
http://spybot.safer-networking.de/en/index.html
Ad-aware SE Personal Edition 1.05

Subject: [PCSOFT] Virus Scan
I do a virus scan once a week and the last three or four weeeks I have
had "CSIE.DLL" come up on the screen, plus some other things that can be
cleaned, deleted or quarantined (no viruses) but "CSIE.DLL" cannot be
cleaned, deleted, or quarantined. Can you explain this to me? Thank you in
advance for your help.
