How can I setup email on Netscape email so that multiple workstations can access the same server at the same time or we can share the email? The email is through a pop3 smtp type account. My computer access the email, then I import work orders. I was off the other day and my boss discovered he had to run back and forth between my computer and his to import his work orders. How do I set it up so if I hit the server he can to , also that prevents me from having to run to his machine when he is at meetings all day?
