I am unable to download even the start page onIE 4.0 unless i go to My computer, click
network, properties, click ok on any of the DNS type windows and restart the computer.
Why is this? I am running windows 95b on a HP 8180 computer. Thanks in advance for your
help. (My DNS and configuration  numbers are all correct).
