Hello List,
    This is a workaround for those who tried to connect unsuccessfully to
www.c3sys.demon.co.uk to get the PPP Boost program for changing MaxMTU:  Use
the Lycos Search Engine and search for MaxMTU.  The 4th item that comes up
is: Improving your Win 95 Dial-Up Connection.  That site has the PPP Boost
v1.2 available for download.
    This program is the height of simplicity.  One dialog box appears that
shows the current settings for MaxMTU, RWIN, and TTL and the recommended
settings.  Click on the recommended settings, as necessary, then OK, and
that's it!  The changes take effect after rebooting the computer.
