Hi Konnie,

When this happens on a Web page it means that the Web page fits your screen
horizontally. Web pages are not created equal, so when it doesn't fit
horizontally you'll have the scroll bar at the bottom. If the page fits
vertically, you won't have one on the side either. You could go to the
trouble of changing the screen resolution in Display Properties but, again,
one size doesn't fit all. Hope this helps.
