Yes, that is correct. Is there anyway to do this. Perhaps with 3rd party
software?

I think Howie want's the SendTo: address to actually appear in the
right-click menu so that he doesn't have to key in the recipients name each
time, such as a daily report or something simular. I know there's a way to
add locations to the SendTo. I'll look for it and email again.
